Karl Holzthum is an experienced Global Executive as President and CRO, leading two of his most recent CX Cloud companies to successful exits. Before that, he led Genesys Worldwide Partner and Alliances organization from its early growth stage through its sales to a large private equity firm, driving $500+ million in revenue through the channel and alliance partnerships. Global Executive positions with companies like Genesys, Echopass, NexxPhase, Liberty, and Sun Microsystems.
Karl has helped companies of all sizes grow through channels and direct sales organizations, including established brands and start-ups.
His passion has been skiing and promoting the advancement of abilities and inclusion within the disability communities.

Laurent Philonenko served as CEO of Servion Global Solutions, SVP and CTO at Avaya, General Manager and CTO at Cisco, and CEO at Genesys, and innovated -including an industry first AI launch in 2018- and grew all of the contact center businesses at these companies. He is also an active startup advisor who has helped several companies execute successful exits.
Thanks to this background, Laurent has a unique point of view on the customer experience and contact center industry, from business impact for enterprises to core technology.
He is an avid sportsman and reader and is also involved in a climate change think tank and local activism.
